1. Booking Role and Service Fulfillment

Austin Party Ride may act as the direct service provider, a booking coordinator, or an affiliate marketing and referral source. Vehicle availability, pricing, driver assignment, and final service fulfillment may be handled by Austin Party Ride or by a sister company or affiliate transportation provider.

2. Quote Requests Are Not Reservations

A quote request, contact-form submission, text, email, or phone call does not guarantee availability and does not create a confirmed reservation. A booking is only confirmed after availability is approved and any required deposit, payment, or written confirmation is completed.

3. Sister Companies and Affiliates

If we assign or refer your trip to a sister company or affiliate transportation provider, that provider may operate the vehicle, driver, schedule, and service terms. Once a booking is accepted by that provider, their service policies, vehicle rules, cancellation terms, and operating procedures may also apply.

4. Complaints, Claims, and Service Issues

If your booking is fulfilled by an affiliate or sister company, complaints about vehicle condition, driver conduct, delays, route issues, damages, refunds, injuries, or service quality must be directed to the company that actually serviced the trip. Austin Party Ride is not responsible for the acts, omissions, errors, delays, or service failures of third-party providers that fulfill a booking.

5. Pricing, Payments, and Cancellation Terms

Pricing can change based on vehicle availability, trip details, event dates, seasonality, and affiliate-provider terms. Deposits, balances, overtime, damage charges, cleaning fees, tolls, parking, and cancellation policies may vary by provider and will be governed by the final booking terms presented for the trip. Unless expressly stated in writing, Austin Party Ride does not guarantee refund eligibility.

6. Passenger Conduct and Eligibility

Passengers must comply with all laws, vehicle rules, and driver instructions. Alcohol may only be consumed where lawful, and underage drinking, illegal drug use, smoking where prohibited, violence, or unsafe conduct may result in termination of service without refund if allowed by the servicing provider's rules.

7. Website Information and Availability

We try to keep the website accurate, but vehicle details, amenities, capacities, routes, and availability may change without notice. Website content is informational and marketing-oriented and should not be treated as a binding service guarantee unless included in a final confirmed booking.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Austin Party Ride is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of this website, quote requests, affiliate fulfillment, third-party transportation service, or booking-related disputes. If we directly service a booking, our liability will still be limited to the amount actually paid to us for that booking, unless applicable law says otherwise.

9. Texas Law

These terms are intended for a Texas-based transportation and booking business serving Austin and surrounding areas. To the extent permitted by law, these terms are governed by Texas law.

We do not publish your quote-form information publicly. If your request is routed to an affiliate or sister company for fulfillment, they may use the information you submitted to contact you and service the booking.

6. Affiliate and Provider Responsibility

If a sister company or affiliate fulfills your booking, that company is responsible for its own transportation service, operating practices, and customer-service obligations. Complaints related to the actual transportation service should be directed to the provider that serviced the trip.

7. Marketing, Calls, and Text Messages

If you submit a quote form, we may contact you about that request using the information you provided. Promotional or marketing calls, emails, and text messages should only be sent where the required consent has been obtained. Marketing consent is not required to submit a quote request. You may opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe method in the message, and you may opt out of marketing texts by replying STOP where applicable.

8. Data Retention and Security

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to inquiries, coordinate bookings, maintain business records, handle disputes, and comply with legal obligations. No website or transmission method can be guaranteed 100% secure, but we use reasonable steps to protect the information we receive.

9. Children's Privacy

This website is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through the quote form.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update these terms or this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date shown on this page. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the revised version.
