We are an Austin company that puts groups on party buses, limousines, sprinters, and coaches for the days that matter: the wedding in Dripping Springs, the bachelorette on Rainey, the prom in April.

What riding with us is like
It starts at the curb. The driver is there ahead of time, the lights are on, and the music is whatever you loaded. From there the night is yours: a party bus that hops from dinner on South Congress to the bars on Rainey, a limousine that pulls up to the ceremony, a sprinter for a small crew heading to a show, or a coach when the whole company is going to one place.
Most of the groups we hear from look a lot like yours. The average Austin group is 24 people, and 44% fall in the 10–24 range. Trips average about 5 hours, and groups reach out about 24 days ahead.

How the booking actually goes
- 1.You tell us the date, roughly how many are coming, and the occasion, by form, phone, or email.
- 2.We come back with the vehicles that fit and what each one costs for your date.
- 3.You pick one, put down the deposit, and the bus is yours.

Home base is Austin, and most pickups are inside the metro: Round Rock, Georgetown, and Cedar Park up north, Pflugerville to the northeast, Lakeway and Bee Cave toward the lake, San Marcos and Dripping Springs to the south and west. Longer runs toward San Antonio, Houston, or Dallas are priced by the miles and hours.
Downtown, the usual first stops are South Congress, 6th Street, Rainey Street, and Lady Bird Lake, and one night can string several of them together.

The trips we run most
A few of the ways Austin groups actually use the bus.
Wedding shuttle
Guests from the hotel to the ceremony and back after the last dance. About 73% of wedding requests ask for a party bus as the guest shuttle.
6th Street / Rainey night out
Dinner, then Rainey, then wherever the night goes, with the bus waiting outside each stop.
Brewery or winery route
Out US-290 toward Dripping Springs with real time at each stop, not a rushed pour.
Concert or festival
Moody Center, ACL, or COTA, dropped near the gate and picked up where the crowd thins.
Airport group transfer
Everyone and their bags from Austin-Bergstrom to the hotel, one ride.
Lake Travis day
Out to the marina in the morning, back after sunset, room for the coolers.
Corporate / team outing
One coach or sprinter for the offsite or the holiday party. December is our busiest corporate month at about 19%.
Bachelor / bachelorette
A bus sized for the crew, usually around 12 people in our records, riding together.
How we look after the group
Before a bus goes out, it has been looked over, and the driver knows your pickup, your stops, and your return time. The only surprises on the night should be the good kind.
Checked before we roll
The bus, the driver, and the plan are gone over before the trip leaves.
Kept up between trips
Buses, coaches, and limousines are maintained between runs so they are ready when yours comes up.

They know which side street a venue uses for buses and how long the Moody Center crowd takes to clear.
