What to Send So the Quote Matches the Night

The form at the top of this page asks for name, email, phone, date, passengers, hours, pickup city, and drop-off city. Those fields are enough to start. Use the message box for stop order, who cannot be late, and what is coming on board.

1. Occasion name and whether the group is celebrating, commuting, touring, or catching a flight.
2. Confirmed adult count, plus children if any, and whether anyone needs extra space for bags or mobility equipment.
3. First pickup address and the last return address — hotels and neighborhoods, not “downtown.”
4. Timed stops you already hold: dinner reservation, ceremony, gate time, or boat slip. Leave unconfirmed bars out of the clock until they are real.
5. Alcohol, glass, and venue rules you already know. Party bus rentals typically include wet-bar and cooler space for guests 21 and over; glass and open-container rules still apply at stops.
