Birthdays, bachelorette mornings, reunions, and friend groups with two or three reserved stops are the usual reason to share one vehicle. A 10:30 a.m. Josephine House seating is a different clock than a 1:00 p.m. Café No Sé patio, and both are different from a 9:00 p.m. Rainey Street drop. Write the occasion so the quote stays a daytime meal hop.

If the plan is one restaurant and everyone can park there, skip the bus. Count confirmed adults who will board, not a hopeful group chat. If only two or three people are going, a smaller ride may be enough.

If brunch is only the opening scene of a longer bachelorette weekend, use the bachelorette page for the rest of the script. Josephine House’s site describes a Clarksville cottage at Waterston Avenue and West Lynn, open for breakfast, lunch, and brunch daily 9:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m., and recommends reservations by calling 512-503-8033 or using OpenTable. The same site lists dinner, happy hour, and Monday steak frites; those later services are not a brunch-bus clock. Café No Sé’s contact page lists the café at South Congress Hotel, 1603 South Congress Ave, Austin, Texas 78704, with patio and dining room open daily 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m., and validated self parking in the hotel garage off Monroe Street for two hours, dependent on capacity. That is a guest-car rule, not a charter-bus pad. Ask where a sprinter or party bus may load.

Snooze still operates Austin-area restaurants, including official pages for East Austin and North Lamar. Confirm the restaurant and hours on snoozeeatery.com. Do not treat “Snooze on South Congress” as a current address. If the kitchen will not seat your count together, drop that stop.

A useful route is pickup address, first reserved seating time, second stop, optional coffee, and a return. Invented clock times on a marketing itinerary are not a plan. Clarksville (Josephine House at Waterston and West Lynn) and South Congress (Café No Sé at 1603 South Congress) are not one sidewalk. East Austin Snooze is a third neighborhood if that is the restaurant you booked. Say so on the form so the hours match the real drive.

List stops in the order you will actually eat, with reservation times if you have them. A 9:15 a.m. Josephine seating that runs toward 11:00 a.m. cannot be stacked onto an 11:00 a.m. Café No Sé hold unless you admit the drive and the check. Two reserved tables plus a coffee drop is already a route. Four hoped-for walk-ins belong on the food-tour page.

Pickup is its own stop. A group leaving an East Austin rental, a downtown hotel, and a Clarksville house needs a written boarding order. One organizer texts the driver when the table is ready to leave — not the guest of honor still at the table.

Brunch seatings run long. Josephine’s published brunch window ends at 2:30 p.m.; Café No Sé’s dining room is listed until 3:00 p.m. Neither kitchen publishes a guaranteed 45-minute turn for a twelve-top. If the vehicle waits at the curb for the whole meal, those hours are on the quote. If it cannot legally idle on Waterston or on South Congress, the honest options are staging nearby or leaving and returning when the organizer texts.

Waiting through two restaurants is a different service window than dropping for the first seating, circulating, and coming back. A loop that tries to “save hours” often costs a late arrival at the second table. The restaurant will not hold a reservation because the bus was still on I-35. Write wait, stage, or return on the request so the quote is not guessed from a photo of a wet bar.

A coffee stop after the last plate is optional and only useful if it has an address and a closing time you have checked. Do not add a mural photo as if it were a reserved meal. This page does not sell a packaged “brunch tour.”

Party-bus rentals typically include a wet bar area and cooler space so guests 21+ can bring their own beverages; glass, open-container, and restaurant rules still apply. A sprinter can be the simpler daytime fit when the group is smaller, quieter, and moving between two tables without a party-bus cabin. Disclose coolers, gifts, mobility needs, and whether anyone needs extra boarding time. Do not assume BYOB is allowed at Josephine House, Café No Sé, or Snooze — only on the booked vehicle if the quote says so. Restaurant glass and hotel-garage rules are not waived by a charter. Compare categories on the fleet pages, then wait for the assigned vehicle in writing.

There is no published brunch-bus package price here. The quote depends on date, hours, vehicle category, mileage, stop count, and waiting time. Saturday and Sunday brunch windows often run longer because seatings stack; a weekday breakfast run can be shorter if both kitchens take the group early.
