Airport group transportation in Austin is a curb-and-luggage problem. Wedding guests, a conference team, and a family reunion belong here only when the job is the same: move people and bags between 3600 Presidential Boulevard and a hotel, home, or venue. Use the wedding, reunion, or corporate pages when the rest of the weekend never sees the airport. The vehicle changes because of bags, staggered flights, or TSA time — not because Grandma is on the manifest.

Write the airport the way the City of Austin writes it: Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, Barbara Jordan Terminal, 3600 Presidential Blvd, Austin, TX 78719. The previous copy treated “new South Terminal” construction as today’s passenger problem. AUS said Allegiant and Frontier used 10000 Logistics Lane through 31 March 2026 and moved to the main terminal on 1 April 2026. Unless a later notice reopens a second hall, plan on one arrivals curb. Journey With AUS can still change walking paths — the 2025 year-end release describes an estimated $5 billion program — but that is not a pin on Logistics Lane.

The hard part is the gap between the first passenger at claim and the last bag on the belt. Share flight numbers, then ask for two or three windows instead of a curb stop for every flight. Keep a thirty-minute delay buffer as a starting point, and let the written quote say whether the vehicle waits or returns. One organizer stays at claim. AUS lost-and-found is behind carousel 1, 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. — an airport desk, not a chauffeur service.

Headcount is only the start. Executive sprinters are listed at 8–14 and work for a small team with laptop bags, not fourteen checked suitcases. Coach categories run 16–56 and are the luggage-friendly listings. Party buses run 16–45; aisle space is not a coach undercarriage. Confirm storage on the written quote. AUS tells airlines to arrange wheelchair service from curb to aircraft when you call ahead — an airline job, not a party-bus promise.

AUS publishes three ground stories. Public drop-off may use the upper or lower roadway; pick the less congested level. Arriving passengers can also be met on the upper level if the lower curb is stacked. That is public curb advice, not a reserved charter stand.

Rideshare and taxi pick-up sits under the Consolidated Rental Car Facility behind the Red Garage, with published trams from the garage. Do not send a charter group to the green TNC signs and expect a coach.

The cell-phone lot at 2901 Spirit of Texas Drive is listed 24/7 for drivers waiting on arrivals. Commercial loading is limited to areas named on an airport ground-transportation permit. This page does not publish a permit number or a guaranteed idle time. The written quote says where the assigned vehicle stages.

The old checklist used 60–90 minutes before a domestic flight. AUS now tells general-screening travelers to arrive at least 2.5 hours before a domestic departure and to check in at least 3 hours before an international departure, plus extra time for bags, children, or a large group. Checkpoint 3 is listed as closed through 2026.

Work backward from those times, then add hotel loading. There is no honest downtown-to-Presidential minute count here. Early-morning hotel pickups can be requested; the start time is confirmed on the written quote, not sold as a standing 5:00 a.m. package. Palmer Events Center at 900 Barton Springs Road remains open. If the drop is Palmer, a Domain hotel, or a Hill Country pin, write that address so mileage can be reviewed.
