How the good wedding days move
When the rides are sorted, nobody is looking for a parking spot at a Hill Country venue, the photographer gets golden hour, and the last guest gets back to the hotel block after the final song.
Spring and fall book early
Wedding groups in our booking data reach out a median of 103 days before the date, and September Saturdays go first. Three to six months out still leaves the full fleet to pick from.
Austin traffic gets a cushion
MoPac at 4 p.m. and the Y at Oak Hill on a Saturday do not care about the ceremony time. Fifteen to twenty minutes between the ceremony, the portraits, and the reception keeps everything on schedule.

How the wedding-day route shapes every vendor conversation
Austin weddings tend to spread across town. The hotel block sits downtown or near The Domain, the ceremony is somewhere off RM 12 or Hamilton Pool Road, and the after-party ends up back on Rainey Street. That geography means the transportation plan is not a line item you add at the end; it is the spine every other vendor works around. The photographer needs to know when the limo leaves the hotel, the caterer needs the guest shuttle's arrival time to set cocktail hour, and the DJ needs the last departure to plan the final set.
