Party-bus rentals typically include a wet-bar area and cooler space so guests 21 and older can bring their own drinks. Glass, open-container rules at the curb, and venue policies still apply. BYOB on the vehicle is not permission to walk a cooler into a restaurant or a club. If you want decorations, ask before taping or using glitter.
