If the night is a high-school dance with a dinner and a gym drop-off, use the prom page. If the day is a wedding party plus a hotel shuttle, use the wedding page. Austin parishes that celebrate quinceañeras do not share one driveway. San José Catholic Church lists 2435 Oak Crest Avenue, Austin, TX 78704 — South Austin, not East 2nd Street and not a historic East Austin parish, which older copy on this page used. Oak Crest is a neighborhood street. 10th Street sits next to the Capitol complex. Lyons Road is an East Austin corridor with limited curb. Ask the parish where a bus may load, how early the court may arrive, and whether the vehicle may wait through Mass. Do not treat the front steps as a photo studio. The Diocese of Austin’s Code of Particular Law (effective December 8, 2023) encourages quinceañera blessings, requires the USCCB Order of Blessing on the Fifteenth Birthday, and tells each pastor to publish written formation policies. The young woman must be baptized and must have received first communion; if she is not yet confirmed, she must be enrolled in confirmation formation. A quote form is not a formation ticket, and a declined blessing cannot be rescued by a reserved bus.

The court and the guest list are different transportation problems. If the reception is across town, the court vehicle often leaves for photos while guests use a second vehicle. A hotel-lobby pickup is a different quote than a three-address sweep through South Austin, East Austin, and downtown. One organizer — not the quinceañera — should be the day-of contact for the driver.

Older copy treated the Capitol grounds, Mount Bonnell, the Driskill lobby, East Austin murals, and Mayfield Park as a ready-made circuit. A circuit is not a booking. Mayfield Park, at 3505 West 35th Street, is open daily 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. The City of Austin requires a purchased photography permit for personal sessions, and says proposals and weddings may not use a photo permit in place of a rental. Pets are not allowed. Do not approach, touch, feed, or chase the peafowl. If the gardens are rented, the court does not get to walk in because a bus is waiting outside. Build 60 to 90 minutes per location only after each stop is allowed.

The reception is a second property with a second curb. Palmer Events Center lists 900 Barton Springs Road, next to Butler Park, Auditorium Shores, and Lady Bird Lake, with a 1,200-space garage on Barton Springs Road and Riverside Drive. Official parking notes list 7-foot-2-inch garage clearance. Do not assume a party bus can enter. Ask the coordinator for the coach load zone, whether the vehicle may wait, and when the court should be at the door for the announcement. Private rentals outside regular hours require a 100-guest and 4-hour minimum; the office is 512-472-6932. La Villita is a San Antonio historic-village venue. Grace Hall is a music listening room. Do not route a current Austin quinceañera to either one. The announcement, waltz, changing of the shoes, and last-doll moment happen inside. The vehicle’s job is to deliver the court together, on the coordinator’s clock. An after-party or hotel shuttle is extra hours — say so — not a free extension.

Send the date, the court passenger count, every pickup address in boarding order, the parish name and street address, the Mass or blessing time, each permitted photo stop, the reception name and street address, the announcement time, whether the vehicle should wait or return, and one day-of contact who is not the quinceañera. Request transportation once the parish Saturday is real; spring and summer Saturdays can fill, but this page does not rank “most popular” dates. A court window that covers home, church, two photo stops, and the announcement often lands in a five-to-six-hour block — a planning sketch, not a package.
