14 Passenger Executive Sprinter Rental

This 14-passenger executive sprinter is the largest work van in Austin Party Ride’s executive-sprinter range. Use it for about eleven or twelve locked adults who need one high-roof cabin, carry-on space, and a professional driver — not leftover coach rows and not a mood-lit lounge. Send the adult count, bag count, and both addresses so we can confirm the reserved unit with current photos.

Count the last two seats before you price a coach

Fourteen is a seat maximum, not a comfort promise. The cabin feels usable when the organizer already knows who is coming — typically eleven or twelve adults — and can write that number on the quote form. What to know before you quote this 14: count people first, then bags, then decide whether two empty seats or two overflow names is the actual problem. A list that still says “around fourteen, plus a coach if we grow” belongs on the 16-passenger coach page only after the bag count is real.

Write the locked adult count first

Eleven to twelve is the comfort target. Fourteen only when every captain chair is spoken for and the stop list is short. Empty seats on this size are a real rate, not a free upgrade.

Do not borrow coach-bus seat math

The shared fleet template once treated this slug like a small coach with school-outing blurbs. This class has no underbelly bay and no listed restroom. Use the work-van comfort band, not a 24-seat charter formula.

Two names is not a reason to jump classes

A 16-passenger coach with twelve people looks unfinished at a hotel canopy. This van exists so a full work group pays for a finished cabin instead of leftover coach rows.

Paint, seats, and bags we can prove on this 14

Google and shoppers need proof that this 14-seat page solves a different booking problem than the 12-seat sister. Use this block for the reserved unit, the chair line, luggage, and the comparison that usually ends the search.

Shoppers land here after a 16-passenger coach looked too long for a hotel canopy, or after a 12-passenger work van ran out of seats. The job is to match fourteen labeled seats — comfort around eleven to twelve — to the people and bags that will board.

Reserved paint and interior

Executive sprinter-class on a high-roof van. Exact unit, paint, and seat map are confirmed with current photos when you request a quote — we do not treat every capacity page as the same physical van.

Captain chairs and the boarding door

Individual or captain-style seating for up to fourteen. Comfort is eleven to twelve if anyone wants to keep a laptop bag at their feet. At fourteen, stay seated between stops. The high roof and wide side door are why formalwear boards here instead of a stretch.

Soft bags versus checked luggage

Overhead bins and the rear hold soft rollers. A hard fourteen plus airport checked bags fills the aisle. Name the bag count before the deposit.

Date rotation

Fleet units rotate. Restroom, Wi-Fi, and the exact seat map vary. If this capacity is already reserved, we may propose the nearest size with current photos before you confirm.

When this 14-seat work van beats the 12-seat sister

Choose this vehicle

Choose the 14-passenger when eleven or twelve adults are locked, two more names may still board, and carry-ons will share the cabin.

Choose 12 Passenger Executive Sprinter

Choose the 12-passenger when nine to eleven adults are already locked, two seats would sit empty, and the group wants the shorter body.

Captain chairs versus a leftover coach row

An executive sprinter-class van with captain-style seating for up to fourteen. Plan on eleven or twelve adults if rollers or garment bags will board. Fourteen is the labeled maximum when every name is locked and bags stay light.

People sit in captain chairs facing the aisle, not on lounge benches. That is why the cabin works for a board packet between Austin-Bergstrom and a hotel, and why it fails as a toast-and-playlist night. The higher roof and wider door are why formalwear boards here instead of a stretch. It is still not a coach step-well — budget extra minutes at a boutique-hotel canopy.

Eleven to twelve is a working cabin

Laptops stay in bags, voices stay at conversation volume, and the aisle stays open enough to unload at a porte-cochere. That is the day this page owns.

A hard fourteen is a seated hop

Treat capacity day as sit, roll, unload, reload. If anyone needs to stand and mix drinks, you are shopping the wrong class.

Say so if boarding takes longer

Heels, a mobility aid, or a doorway photographer change the clock. Put that on the form so the assigned unit can be checked in writing.

Check Fit for This 14 Passenger Executive Sprinter

Send the route, timing, and headcount and we can confirm whether this vehicle makes sense for your trip.

Soft rollers in the rear — not an underbelly bay

This cabin has no underbelly bay. Soft duffels and standard carry-ons can sit in the rear or overhead. Hard checked cases cannot share a full fourteen. Golf bags, instrument cases, and crates belong on the quote as a count. Ten people with ten carry-ons usually work; fourteen people with fourteen checked bags do not.

This class sits in the coach-bus catalog, but it is still a high-roof van. Listed amenities are executive seating, Wi-Fi, climate control, USB charging, and privacy glass. A restroom and an underbelly bay are not part of this class.

Drop to twelve or stay at the top of the sprinter range

The decision that usually ends this search is whether the locked list still fits fourteen labeled seats after bags board. The 12-passenger executive sprinter is the same work class with two fewer seats — the page for nine to eleven adults who do not want to pay for empty chairs.

Stay on this 14

Eleven or twelve confirmed adults, a North Austin or downtown work loop, and a group that wants the cabin full rather than a leftover coach row.

Open the 12-passenger page

Nine to eleven already on the list, two seats would sit empty all afternoon, or the organizer wants the shorter body at a hotel canopy.

Skip both if the night is a crawl

A 14-passenger limo sprinter is the honest next class when lights and a lounge bench are the point. Matching “fourteen seats” is not matching cabins.

AUS arrivals that should not use the CONRAC tram

This page is for three concrete work patterns. Send the flight number or the meeting time so the hours on the quote match the walk between doors.

Barbara Jordan Terminal, commercial staging

Austin-Bergstrom puts rideshare and taxi pickup under the Consolidated Rental Car Facility north of the Red Garage, with a cell-phone lot at 2901 Spirit of Texas Drive. Charter is listed separately. Do not send the group to the rideshare tram and assume we are there. Put the flight number and bag count on the form.

Downtown hotel canopy, then an office

A seated team of eleven or twelve, one downtown hotel, one office drop. Share the porte-cochere name; a 16-seat coach often cannot use the same canopy.

Multi-stop work day

Office → lunch → office → airport is a common ask. The clock is priced against the full itinerary. Write every door before you ask for a number.

Planning checks before you request a quote

1

Write the confirmed adult count and the bag count before you open the 16-passenger coach page. Two extra names are not a reason to jump a whole class.

2

Name the hotel door and the office or venue door. Domain Drive and Research Boulevard are not the same load zone as a downtown porte-cochere.

3

For an Austin-Bergstrom hop, list carry-ons and checked bags separately. Soft rollers usually fit in the rear; a hard fourteen plus checked cases belongs on a coach.

4

If anyone wants mood lighting, a wet bar, or a photo-first stretch arrival, leave this page and open the 14-passenger limo sprinter or the 14-passenger stretch.

Domain and Arboretum curbs a 16-seat coach will miss

North Austin is where this van earns its footprint. Visit Austin treats The Domain and The Arboretum as the main outdoor shopping and hotel districts outside downtown. A 16-seat coach can run the same addresses; it spends more time hunting a legal curb. Use the cost calculator for a planning range; the written quote is the price.

The Domain on Century Oaks Terrace

The Domain sits at 11410 Century Oaks Terrace. Visit Austin calls the broader district Austin’s “second downtown,” with hotels around the outdoor mall and Domain NORTHSIDE across Domain Drive. Write the hotel entrance, not “the Domain.” Rock Rose nightlife is a different curb plan than a morning client pickup.

The Arboretum on Research Boulevard

The Arboretum is at 10000 Research Blvd in Great Hills. Visit Austin describes it as north Austin’s original outdoor shopping district, a short hop across MoPac from The Domain. Send the restaurant or hotel door; Research Boulevard is not interchangeable with Domain Drive.

Hill Country driveway, small wedding party

A bridal group of six to ten plus a photographer or coordinator is a first-party use when the driveway is tight. Confirm the venue address so we can check whether a 16-seat coach would miss the turn.

Trip patterns this 14-seat work van actually answers

Barbara Jordan Terminal to a downtown hotel

Typical 11–14 passenger pattern: airport pickup → downtown hotel or office → later return. This size wins when the team wants one cabin and carry-ons, not a coach that cannot use the hotel canopy.

Domain hotel block to a client office

Eleven or twelve adults, 11410 Century Oaks Terrace area hotels, then one North Austin office stop. The shorter body stages on Domain Drive more cleanly than a 16-seat coach. Send both doors.

Related event guide →

Arboretum lunch, then a Research Boulevard return

A seated work group of ten to twelve, 10000 Research Blvd, then a short hop back across MoPac. Name the restaurant door. This is a work loop, not a nightlife crawl.

When the 14-seat lounge van or a 16-seat coach is the honest next click

Choose this executive sprinter for seated capacity, carry-on storage, and a quieter cabin. Choose the 14-passenger limo sprinter when mood lighting and lounge benches are the booking. Choose the 16-passenger coach when checked bags, a restroom, or a true charter row matter more than a hotel canopy.
