Thirty-six fits, and for a hotel-to-venue shuttle it is fine, but a long night at full count means no big coolers, no oversized decorations, and not much floor. December is the busiest month for company celebrations in our booking data at about 19% of corporate requests, so a holiday party looking at this size is usually smart to settle the date by early November. A group still growing past thirty-six belongs on the 38 or the 40.

The 36 Passenger Party Bus sits between the 34 Passenger Party Bus and the 38 Passenger Party Bus. Choose the 36 over the 34 when your group is thirty to thirty-two and the trip runs five hours or more, since two spare benches on a long ride are what keep people comfortable. Choose it over the 38 when you are locked at thirty-four or fewer and the 38 is not needed for coolers, gowns, or gift bags. If the count is thirty-six firm before RSVPs close, go straight to the 40 Passenger Party Bus. Only about 7% of inquiries in our booking data run past thirty passengers, so any of these sizes gets requested well ahead for Saturdays.
